Photo of Mr. Mukesh Gulati Mr. Mukesh Gulati is a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and graduate in engineering from National Institute of Technology. He has coordinated a number of projects on behalf of United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) for 12 years on cluster based SME development. He has also represented UNIDO on several international forums and conducted a range of training programmes for policy makers from more than a dozen developing countries. During his career of 20 years, he has authored several books and publications in the area of SME development to his credit. He is currently the Executive Director of the Foundation for MSME Clusters and provides policy level inputs to the national and state level institutions in India.
Photo of Dr. Tamal Sarkar Dr. Tamal Sarkar is D. Phil in the Economics of Cluster Development. He has 17 years' of experience in industrial development, with special reference to MSME. He has extensive hands on experience in cluster development and specializes in cluster development and poverty alleviation. He has authored a number of policy and methodology documents in the area of cluster development, poverty alleviation and resource based planning. He is also a pioneer trainer in the area of cluster development. HE works as Project Director in the Foundation.
Photo of Mr. Parvinder Pal Mr. Parvinder Pal is an MA in Economics from Kurukshetra University. Mr. Pal has been passionately engaged in promoting community development initiatives across micro enterprise clusters for over 25 years. His conceptualization skills, affinity to strike balance with stakeholders in ‘poverty intensive clusters’ and deep understanding of sociological aspects of community development have enabled him to strategize economic development issues with an inclusive perspective. He has experience in promotion of community education and also technology development for poor leather artisans. He has worked as consultant to the UNIDO Cluster Development Programme in India for over 3 years and also worked with ILO in the area of cluster development. He works as Program Coordinator in the Foundation.
Photo of Mr. Ranjan Singh Mr. Ranjan Singh is an Engineering Graduate with specialisation in Electrical Engineering and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality management. He has 11 years of experience in managing techno-commercial projects in corporate sector in India and East Africa. He has also dealt extensively in financing and development of SMEs. As Program Coordinator, he works with the Implementation and Coordination Division.
Photo of Mr. Brajesh Pandey Mr. Brajesh Pandey is a Post Graduate in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service and Graduate in Statistics from Delhi University. He had been associated with Holtec Consulting Private Limited, Gurgaon, UNDP and CAPART. In his 9 years of work experience, he has worked on poverty reduction, rural livelihoods, rural housing, disaster management and micro-credit & micro-enterprises. His key skills are in the area of project management including project appraisal, financial management and documentation. As Programme Coordinator, he is looking after energy related initiatives of the Foundation.
Photo of Ms. Sukanya Banerjee Ms. Sukanya Banerjee is a Post Graduate in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. During her work with ICRIER (Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations) and CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) she has undertaken various research based assignments encompassing areas like WTO, Trade Facilitation and Retail. She has 6 years of work experience in policy related areas. She coordinates research based assignments for the Foundation in her position as Research Coordinator.
Photo of Dr. Rajeev Sharma Dr. Rajeev Sharma is PhD in Industrial Economics, from the Department of Economics, Punjab University, Chandigarh. He has presented and published several papers in different national conferences and in some refereed publications. He has an experience of 5 years in academics having worked as a guest faculty in the Dept of Economics, Punjab University, Chandigarh and thereafter as a permanent faculty in the area of Economics at ICFAI Business School, Indore and Hyderabad. His area of interest is microeconomics, industrial economics and cluster development. He works as Research Executive in the Foundation.
Photo of Mr. Mahesh Gulati Mr. Mahesh Gulati is a Textile Technologist (D.Text) from Kerala Technical Board, Trivandrum. He has also done his Masters in Sociology and P.G Diploma in HRD from Indore University & Masters in Social work from Bhoj University Bhopal. He has more than 5 years of work experience in Micro Small Medium Enterprises Cluster development program under UNIDO. During his career of 23 years, he has held different managerial positions in companies like N.T.C, OCM and Government of M.P and significantly contributed towards the promotion of artisanal sector, especially handloom & handicraft. His core competencies are in direct implementation of Cluster Development Program, marketing, networking and developing BDS linkages. He works as a Consultant to the Foundation.
Photo of Ms. Sangeeta Agasty Ms. Sangeeta Agasty is a Management Graduate from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. She also holds a Master's Degree in Economics. She has 3 years of work experience in MSME cluster development programme with United Nations Industrial Development Ogranisaione (UNIDO) and independently handled a Handloom Cluster in Orissa as a Cluster Development Agent (CDA). Her key skills include direct implementation of cluster development programmes,development Project planning, project management, training, capacity building and Action research.She is a Consultant with the Foundation.
Photo of Mr. Sagnik Lahiri Mr. Sagnik Lahiri is a Graduate in Political Science from Calcutta University and has done Certificate course in information technology. He was involved with D.P.E.P. (District Primary Education Program) in West Bengal for a short assignment for 6 months in 2002. His key skills are in the area of research and documentation. He is involved in various research based assignments and working as an Intern in the Foundation.
Photo of Mr. Amar Singh Mr. Amar Singh is a Graduate of Delhi University. He had been associated with the central public sector enterprise for over 4 years during which he has helped in formulation of programs, policies and schemes for promotion and development of MSMEs, by providing strategic inputs from varied public and private sector sources. He has worked in UNIDO cluster development program for more than 8 years. His key skills are in the areas of administration and financial system supports, liasioning and networking. He has 25 years of work experience and is currently working as Head of Administration and Finance in the Foundation.
Photo of Ms. Preeti Gupta Ms. Preeti Gupta is a Post Graduate in Public Administration from Andhra University, Vishakapatnam. She has 3 years of experience in development sector with organizations like Ac Nielson Org Marg and Medicine Sans Frontier (MSF). She is working as an Executive Secretary dealing with Administration and Finance in the Foundation.
