Mr. Mukesh Gulati is a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and graduate in engineering from National Institute of Technology. He has coordinated a number of projects on behalf of United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) for 12 years on cluster based SME development. He has also represented UNIDO on several international forums and conducted a range of training programmes for policy makers from more than a dozen developing countries. During his career of 24 years, he has authored several books and publications in the area of SME development to his credit.

Dr. Tamal Sarkar is D. Phil in the Economics of Cluster Development. He has 20 years of experience in industrial development, with special reference to MSME. He has extensive hands on experience in cluster development and specializes in cluster development and poverty alleviation. He has authored a number of policy and methodology documents in the area of cluster development, poverty alleviation and resource based planning. He is also a pioneer trainer in the area of cluster development.

Mr. Parvinder Pal is an MA in Economics from Kurukshetra University. He has been passionately engaged in promoting community development initiatives across micro enterprise clusters for over 26 years. His conceptualization skills, affinity to strike balance with stakeholders in `poverty intensive clusters' and deep understanding of sociological aspects of community development have enabled him to strategize economic development issues with an inclusive perspective. He has worked as consultant to the UNIDO Cluster Development Programme in India for over 3 years and also worked with ILO in the area of cluster development.

Mr. Ranjan Singh is an Engineering Graduate with specialisation in Electrical Engineering and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Quality management. He has 13 years of experience in managing techno-commercial projects in corporate sector in India and East Africa. He has also dealt extensively in financing and development of SMEs.

Mr. Asish Kumar Palit is a Post Graduate in Economics with honours in graduate level from the university of Kolkata and Klyani. He has 31 years of experience in industrial development with special reference to MSME. He has worked as Joint Director of Industries in charge of Cluster development for last five years. He has also worked as Chief Industrial officer Directors of industrial affairs, government of Botswana for 3 years in Africa for development in MSME.

Mr. Seshagiri Thyagrajan is a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA), IIM Bangalore and graduate in B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, IIT Madras. He has worked intensively in the MSME sector for the last 29 years. He has been with at senior management levels in NSIC and has an operational experience in all aspects of support services to MSME like finance, marketing, technology and innovation support. He has been associated in cluster development activities of NSIC in several clusters.

Mr. Amar Singh has 34 years’ of experience. He has worked in government for 25 years of which 15 years in the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and 10 years in the Industrial Policy and Promotion. He worked for the Cluster Development Programme of United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) for 10 years from the year 1999 to 2008. He has been associated with the Foundation for MSME Clusters since its inception. His key skills are in the area of Networking Capabilities, Formulation of Schemes and Strategy, Formulation for Development of Clusters, Linkage building for SME promotion, Training on Cluster Development.

Ms. Sangeeta Agasty is a Post Graduate in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) and also holds a Master degree in Economics. She has more than 8 years of professional experience of project planning and project management, monitoring and evaluation, training, action research and consultancy work in the area of Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise (MSME) based Cluster Development, BDS development and value chain management. She worked with United Nations Industrial Development Organisation (UNIDO) as a National Expert in cluster development; with International Water Management Institute (IWMI) as an Intern and with Central Government as an Economist.

Mrs. Sukanya Banerjee is a Post Graduate in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. During her work with ICRIER (Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations) and CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) she has undertaken various research based assignments encompassing areas like WTO, Trade Facilitation and Retail. She has 9 years of work experience in policy related areas.

Mr. Ravinder Kishor Dwivedi is a Post Graduate in Commerce from CSJM University and also has done Master in Social Work from MPBH University, Bhopal. He has 11 years experience in community development in rural areas. During his involvement with Organisations like BASIX, UNIDO, IIRD (Indian Institute Rural Development), Gramodaya Sansthan and Rishi Valley Institutions he has undertaken community based economic development activities like formation of SHGs and JLGs, linking community with MFIs. Currently he is working as a Manager and is involved in promoting innovation and responsible behavior and in the Foundry Cluster.

Mr. Amit Kumar Tyagi has 8 years of experience in financial Accounting & Taxation with Chartered Accountants firms, Societies,Trusts & Companies; likely Action for Autism, Janmadhyam, Earthmetters, Hubert Ebner (India) Pvt Ltd, Riverbank Studios, Niti Shree & some Individual Assesses/HUF/firms etc. He is Post Graduate in Commerce, a Graduate in commerce from Bhim Rao Ambedker College, Delhi University and is perusing MBA (Finance) from SMU, N Delhi. He also has a Certificate course in Professional Accounting from Bhartiya Vidha Bhavan, New Delhi. Currently he is handling the finance division of the FMC, his key skills are in the areas of Finance, Accounting and Taxation.

Mr. Abhimanyu Singh Bisht is a Management Graduate from IMT, Nagpur. He has around two years of work experience during which he was involved in Relationship Management of High Net worth Individuals in the Banking Industry.

Mr. Sourabh Gargav possesses over seven years of experience in the areas of research, consulting, training and business development. His professional associations span Ranbaxy, Nicholas Piramal, Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), and Indian School of Business (ISB). He is a science graduate with specialization in Microbiology, Post Graduate in Public Policy, and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Law. His interest area revolves around techno-commercial project & innovation management in life- science space. He has several research papers to his credit. Currently, Mr. Gargav is working on an action-research project titled “Promoting Innovative Clusters in India”, funded by the Department of Science and Technology, GoI.

Mr. Vibhas mandal is a Post Graduate in Human Resource Management from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi and a graduate in Mathematics. He has worked with two organizations and has 4 years of experience in Education and Training where he has got experience in training, counselling, mentoring and coaching. He is handling the HR function of the foundation.

Mr. Sagnik Lahiri is a Graduate in Political Science from Calcutta University and has done Certificate course in information technology. He was involved with D.P.E.P. (District Primary Education Program) in West Bengal for a short assignment for 6 months in 2002. His key skills are in the area of research and documentation.

Mr. Sushmit Anand has around 8 years of experience in banking sector within several departments in different companies. In his last assignment he was doing debt management in ICICI Bank Ltd, Delhi.

Ms. Neetu Goel is a Management Graduate from Institute of Marketing and Management, New Delhi. She has experience of more than 2 years in the area of Cluster Development in the areas like Energy and Business Responsibility. Prior she was associated with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry in Tourism division for a short assignment as part of internship. She has also worked with apple computers in their sales and demonstration program. Her key skill area is research and currently involved in different projects in FMC.

Ms. Neha Kapur is a Post Graduate in Management from International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi and a graduate in Economics from Miranda House, University of Delhi. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade Law from The Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi. She has worked with HDFC Bank Limited for 18 months as Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking.

Mr. K.M. Balajee is an economist by profession and industrial economics in his psyche, he has interacted with at least 100 Micro Small and Medium enterprises in pharmaceuticals, 10 medical devices, more than 20 technical institution in the cluster of Gujarat during the last 2 years to understand the innovation inclusivity , problems of demand and supply condition and to provide sustainable solution.He has supported to formulate a road map for existing innovators and MSME to foster Innovations in the clusters. He has facilitated 7 colleges to strengthen their capacity towards innovation and human resource requirement for the Pharma / Medical Devices industry in Gujarat.

Ms. Angeline Sangeetha is an Engineering graduate in the department of Electronics and Instrumentation from Karunya University. She holds a Diploma in Embedded Electronics Design.She has 2 years experience in cluster development in various clusters and has been working in various areas like Monitoring and Evaluation, BMO/Association strengthening and promotion of BDS Providers in clusters.

Mr. Tatheer Zaidi is a Management Graduate from IGNOU and also done his Masters in Chemistry from Aligarh Muslim University. He is having a total professional experience of almost Six and Half years. He has worked with UNICEF at different challenging districts of Uttar Pradesh for Three and half years. During his tenure of UNICEF, he closely worked with Govt officials as well as representatives of International Agencies like WHO, Rotary & CORE. He has also worked with Moradabad Metal Industry for three years and managed the CSR activities. He has also represented his organization to several ministries like Ministry of Textiles, Ministry of New & Renewable Energy & Ministry of Industries & Commerce and got awarded few Govt Projects. His area of specialization is CSR, HR, Counseling & Training.

Mr. Rahul Bhalla is a Post Graduate in Information Technology from SMU, New Delhi. He holds the Professional Diploma in Dot Net from NIIT and also Diploma in Web Designing from MIMT. He is also an online freelancer for Website Designing & Development. He has total 3 years of experience in Web Application, Database Development, Designing and 2 years of experience in MIS, Research and Quality Management.

He had coordinated number of projects in Poverty Alleviation, DPIP Rajasthan, CDD Watson by UNICEF, Cluster Development Executive SFURTI Programme by Khadi & Village Industries Commission, and Women Empowerment Programe in Mewat Development Agency. He has 12 years of experience in NGO filed.

Mr. Anijit Bhattacharya is a Post Graduate in Biotechnology from Barkatullah University, Bhopal and science graduate with Zoology honours from Calcutta University.During his six years career mainly he was involved in sales and marketing job.

Mr. Harshit Shah is an Commerce Graduate from HA College of Commerce and has pursued his MBA with specialization in Marketing from GLS, an ivy league college in Ahmedabad. He has been an orator and has actively been sound in the elocution and declamation scenario throughout his timeline.

Mr. ASK Sharma Mr. Sharma is a Post Graduate in Geological sciences from Osmania University, Hyderabad and Post Graduate in Business Management from IGNOU, New Delhi. He started his career as a Geologist in M/s Hindustan Zinc Limited, Udaipur and later switched over to SME Development and worked in reputed organizations like National Institute of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (NIMSME) and APITCO Limited at Hyderabad. During his career he involved number of projects related to TEV Studies, SME Profiles and Cluster Development. He also coordinated an international assignment and actively involved in preparation of 30 profiles for Government of Qatar. He also prepared more than 300 Project Reports for SME Sector submitted to various nationalized banks.

Mr. Ashok Kumar is a 12th pass and working in FMC as Driver cum Office Attendant.
